- Pattern and first sampleCut and sewn in our factory. You test it with your own users.
- RevisionsWe change one thing at a time, so you know what made the difference.
- Specification frozenBill of materials, dimensions, tolerances and labels signed off by you.
- Pre-seriesA first small order to confirm the process before full volumes.
- Series productionEach order line under its own lot number. Changes only with your written approval.
Questions brand owners ask us first
We sign your NDA, or our mutual NDA, before you send drawings. We keep each customer's specifications, drawings, samples and prices confidential.
Confidentiality, ownership and any exclusivity of the article are agreed in writing before development starts. The article is made under your brand, with you as its manufacturer.
We also propose articles for your range. A proposal is shared under a confidentiality agreement; if you adopt it, it becomes your article on the terms we agree in writing.
Sample terms are agreed per project, before we start. Tell us your launch date and we plan backwards from it.
They depend on the materials, especially custom-coloured or printed fabrics. You get both in writing with the quotation.
