We manufacture PU-coated covers for the mattresses our customers produce or sell: hospital and care-home mattresses, homecare mattresses and cot mattresses. Every cover is made to the customer's size and design.
Built to your specification
Everything below is a choice you make. We build what you specify and tell you openly when we think another option would work better.

PU-coated knitted or woven fabrics, chosen with you for stretch, vapour permeability and cleaning. Fabric widths we cut every day: PU-coated up to 220 cm, knitted up to 180 cm.
From cot and crib sizes to full hospital mattress sizes, including depth and corner shape. Each size is its own article.
L-shaped zip, zip on two or three sides, full perimeter zip, or no zip. Zip flaps and covered zip ends on request.
Base fabric, anti-slip base, handles, vent openings and corner straps as your design requires.
Your brand label, care label and article label. For medical devices, the UDI carrier you specify. Labelling & pack-out
Terry or knitted top with a PU-coated waterproof back, fitted or with elastic corners.
