• Enquiries by email or through our form: name, company, role, business email, phone, country, your requirement, volume, target date and the files you send (drawings, photos, specifications).
• Customers and suppliers: business contact details of your staff, correspondence, quotations, orders, delivery and invoicing data.
• Website use: technical data our hosting provider needs to deliver the site securely (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and device data) in server logs.

• Answering enquiries, preparing samples and quotations, running orders: our legitimate interest in conducting business with your company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where you contract with us personally, Art. 6(1)(b). KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f).
• Keeping commercial and tax records: legitimate interest and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç).
• Website security and operation: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5(2)(f).
• Establishing or defending legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5(2)(e).

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply. We make no automated decisions or profiles.

Our staff who need the data, and service providers acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements: Microsoft (Microsoft 365) for email and file storage; Wix.com Ltd. for website hosting; Tally (Belgium; data stored in the EU) for the specification form and the files you upload; WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies; carriers, customs brokers, banks, our accountants and auditors, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

We are based in Türkiye. Our providers may process data in the EU/EEA, in the United States (Microsoft, Meta) and in Israel (Wix; Israel has an EU adequacy decision). Where a country has no EU adequacy decision we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfers from Türkiye abroad are made under Article 9 KVKK on the basis of standard contracts notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Enquiries that lead to no business, with their files: deleted 24 months after last contact, earlier on request or as an NDA requires. Customer and supplier records: for the relationship, then commercial records for 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82) and tax records for 5 years (Tax Procedure Law Art. 253). Production and traceability records: as long as agreed with the customer.

This website uses only cookies strictly necessary to deliver it securely. We use no analytics or advertising cookies; if we add any, we will ask for your consent first. Fonts are served from our own host; no connection to Google is made.

Under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–18, 20, 21), and complaint to the supervisory authority where you live or work. Under KVKK Art. 11: to learn whether and why your data is processed and to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to have it corrected or deleted and third parties informed, to object to results of solely automated analysis, and to claim compensation.
