We buy from our regular suppliers, or use the materials you nominate. Either way, every material lot is recorded before it reaches the cutting table.

Supplier documents

Technical data sheet, test reports, REACH SVHC declaration, and the OEKO-TEX certificate where the material holds one.

Your nominated materials

If you name a fabric or a supplier, we buy it or receive it from you and record its lots the same way.

Cutting widths

We cut PU-coated fabrics up to 220 cm wide and knitted fabrics up to 180 cm wide, and plan the cutting layout for each article to keep waste low.
