Our quality system is built around one rule: the product you approved is the product you receive. Here is how we keep to it, and what our certificates cover.
From goods-in to shipment
Production starts only from a specification you approved: materials, dimensions, tolerances and labels.
Every fabric delivery is booked in with its supplier lot and checked on arrival before it is released to cutting.
Each customer order line runs as its own production order with its own lot number, even when the same article is made for several orders at once. Fabric rolls are booked in with their supplier lot number.
For each article we agree the in-process check points with you before production starts.
Every product passes final control before it goes into the carton: dimensions, seams, closures and labels are checked against the approved specification.
No change to approved materials, critical suppliers, construction or production site without your written approval.
We investigate every complaint and answer in writing with the cause we found and the corrective action we take.
What we are certified for, exactly
Our management systems are certified by SQR Certification / SIGMACERT DOO, issued to Tysenco Tekstil Konfeksiyon San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Esenyurt / İstanbul. The certified scope today is home textiles: bedspreads, bed sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths and toilet and kitchen covers. We state it here as it appears on the certificates. Copies are available on request.
