We manufacture complete positioning cushions and their covers for brands that sell them under their own name. You set the shape, the fill and the fabric. We make it the same way every time.
Built to your specification
Everything below is a choice you make. We build what you specify and tell you openly when we think another option would work better.
- Removable outer cover, cotton or as you specify
- PU-coated inner cover, wipe-clean
- Fill: micro-bead, fibre or foam, filled by weight
- Concealed zip, or a fully closed cover
Wedges, rolls, half-rolls, T-rolls, rings, heel and hand cushions, universal bead cushions, or a shape from your drawing.
Micro-bead, siliconised hollow fibre, cut foam or a foam core with a softer sheath. Bead and fibre products are filled by weight, to the fill weight and tolerance you specify.
Our usual build is a wipe-clean PU-coated inner cover and a removable cotton outer cover for comfort. Any other combination you specify is possible, including a fully closed cover without a zip.
Concealed zips, hook-and-loop, straps, handles and anti-slip bases.
Your brand, care and article labels, and the UDI carrier you specify, fixed where your design needs it.
